What is your return policy for sale items?


Kween's returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased for any reason within 15 days after the date of delivery. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition. We don't offer a pick up at your location. Return shipping fee will be credited in the form of Kween's credits provided the product meets the return policy.

What is Kween's shipping policy?

We strive to deliver products purchased from us in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Also Kween's shipping will be completely free. If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount. 
*Order value is calculated after applying discounts/VAT/GST or any other applicable charges.

I have received a partial item or an Void package?

Kindly reach out to us for pilferage within 48 hours of delivery failing which the claim will not be entertained. Whilst we investigate, request you to please do not use the item for which the claim is being raised. You may be required to send snapshots of the package. The refund for prepaid will be done after the investigation.
